With a career in accounting that began in 2010, Tavia brings over a decade of diverse experience spanning public accounting, for-profit enterprises, and the nonprofit sector. This breadth of expertise equips her with a deep understanding of the financial nuances faced by mission-driven organizations and emerging businesses. Her practical knowledge and strategic insights allow her to deliver tailored financial guidance that drives sustainable growth and compliance.
In 2019, Tavia founded Anderson & Associates CPA Inc. with the vision of creating a firm that not only delivers high-quality accounting services but also empowers clients, particularly nonprofits and small businesses, to make informed financial decisions. Her approach is grounded in community impact, integrity, and long-term client success.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Tavia actively supports community development through her involvement with the Holmwood Past Student Association (Atlanta Chapter). She is also a dedicated mother to her son, William, and a passionate advocate for students with special needs, striving to ensure that all children have the resources and support they need to reach their full potential.
